Cavo was born on Tatooine in 9 ABY, the son of traveling traders in the desert wastes. He learned many skills growing up, but moving merchandise became something of a specialty – one which eventually developed into a haphazard career moving who-knows-what to who-knows-where by who-knows-who as long as it pays. Cavo works as a smuggler in every corner of the galaxy, so long as the pay offsets the cost, and it’s not an undue amount of work.

Growing up, Cavo learned early that he was uniquely gifted in the Force. Telekinetic powers capable of lifting small objects became natural to him with no training, though no other abilities manifested. His parents tried to conceal his powers to avoid any unwarranted attention, but worked tirelessly to raise enough funds to get him to Yavin 4 to train at the Jedi Temple/Academy. At age 18, Cavo left for his first day of training.

Unfortunately, Cavo values shortcuts and paths of least resistance (read: lazy) over rigorous training and discipline. The best way to the trade in a hostile environment, as he learned from a young age, was to pursue the most practical solution. In his mind, Jedi sleep while pretending to meditate, use lightsabers as an excuse to look cool, and generally know nothing of the way the real world works (though the mind tricks seemed useful). He spent five years at the academy, where he mastered his only developed force ability of telekinesis. Afterward he dropped out and decided to pursue his own path, trading and smuggling goods across the galaxy in the tradition of his parents. The Force to him is about the everyday people who have to live with it and through it – not in any teachings of Light, Dark, or in between. “The Force to a Jedi is about balance, right?” he often muses. “Well, if the scale is on a slope, what does balance look like?”

Note: Cavo has six blaster pistols he always keeps on his belt. He is adapted enough at telekinesis to use them simultaneously in various ways. Aside from that, his Force powers are actually quite limited (he sucks with lightsabers, and damn if he doesn’t wish he could use mind tricks…).

The blaster thing looks to be unique, but I have no complaints. Just get a profile picture and you will be good to go.
